This came to me missing a part that is unavailable from the manufacturer. I had to fabricate my own but Wayfair was very generous with a discount for the missing part. Had everything been included in the box, the stand would definitely get a 5 Star rating from me. It is sturdy enough to keep a 12ft tree standing while a cat climbs it and plays with a 157lb Great Dane constantly knocking into it and a ball-obsessed Chocolate Lab pulling balls off the tree. Have had a similar tree stand for about 20 years and was looking for a new one. This was on clearance for about $20!. Got it in two days. It has five bolts to hold the trunk.
