All pictures suggest there is a foot stool as well...there is not. you have to pay shipping for returns, which is as much as the product costs. The other option is a "partial refund" i was quoted 5% of product cost. i would not recommend buying larger pieces online as you spend the money without knowing quality and then are out the money regardless what option you choose..
