VERY heavy duty basketball hoop. It gets to a full 10 feet and has plenty of options for height preferences. It was no easy build and absolutely needs two adults but we live in a very windy area and once we filled the bottom of the hoop base it has been very sturdy and great for our yard!. Autumn. Wow! This a real, legit basketball hoop and backboard. It can go up really high and is very sturdy. I don’t think it’s terribly portable, because it’s really heavy duty. I think it will hold up very well over time, and it does allow you to fill the bottom with water or sand. The only issues there are with this is that the assembly directions were a bit vague, and the actual basket is a little frayed, right out of the box.
