Here are some using tips you may need--
1. The electric heating stove you received only requires one copper sheet to be successfully used, not three. Just insert the copper sheet into L1 and L2, and it can be used normally, and wire the wiring to match the instructions. The copper guide on the instruction you received might be placed wrongly. 2. If you can only set the 149℉ and can not set the temperature up to 194℉, please don't worry, just simply press and hold the temperature "➖ "button for about 40~60 seconds to hear two ticks to switch to high temperature mode.
3. All the wiring must be ensured to be connected to the plugs of the corresponding labels/colours; otherwise, the product will not work properly.
4. The door of the sauna can be opened from both the inside and outside. If you find the door of your sauna room opens inward, you can try to enter the sauna first then push the glass door outward to keep it open. We suggest opening the door outward so that the sealing strip on the door can fit closely when in use.
5. Our product requires a 220V /16A power supply to achieve a high-temperature effect. The plug type is NEMA 6-20p. If your voltage is insufficient, the temperature will not reach the maximum.
6. If you find that the stove frames are small to put the sauna stove in. Please place the longer frames ( 2 of 13.4-inch ) on the outside and the shorter frames ( 2 of 11-inch ) on the inside, after that, the both side of the frame will be larger, and then give it a try.
7. Since the sauna stone contains natural minerals, it may have a certain smell. We suggest using the sauna stones for the first and second time by opening the door and dry heat it. Wait until there is no smell before entering the sauna room to enjoy the sauna. Please note when using the sauna stove, do not always dry heat it, after putting in the sauna stone and wait for the sauna stove wire to heat up and turn red, water a small amount on the sauna stone. After the water evaporates, water again to achieve the effect of heating up.
