Tub is great! Price is great! It arrived with a busted open box and the pump was broken off. Also things that I was not aware of. I should have read more in the description. There is no plug, no faucet or handles, and no sides to the tub. Also the heater option can not be added after you receive the tub. It must be ordered at the same time and be installed by manufacture. The tub is a 80 gallon tub and my water heater is only a 40 gallon water heater. I will need a larger water heater.. Elaine.
