It mounts on the wall and oscillates via pull cord instead of a flip switch, which is great for high up spaces and in corners. I have noticed that this is the same type of fans that I see in outdoor patios at restaurants, and I plan to do the same! It does have a high air flow, and fan itself, including the cord are very sturdy. Directions for installation were well written and easy to follow. I would recommend this fan for anyone who works in outdoor shops, garages, have entertainment space on their back patio or even for an office.
