i order this item on december 30th and when i ordered it says that they will deliver it end of january. i got a message that then it will be delayed until end of feb. come feb they told me it will be end of march. by then i tried to cancel since i was sleeping on the sofa for more than two months. they told me that the seller is not accepting the return of payment. wayfair told me that they will take care of it and reimburse me. come march after a business trip my wife told me that there are big boxes in front of my house. they delivered it after i was told that they will reimburse me. anyways i call again and was told that wayfair will take care of it. after coming home my wife opened all the boxes and they told me that they need the original boxes. so i decided to take the bed set. i hired two people to set it up and after 3 hours of work i realize that the headboard is not the same as in the picture. in the picture it has a wood decoration and in the order i got it’s just plain white. i paid over 10k and this is not acceptable. horrible experience with this seller. i will be returning it but all the hustles and the hours i lost all the argument with my wife is not worth it. horrible experience. i will never buy again from this seller. i hope if you do just be prepared for the worst. Bed looks beautiful, sturdy and elegant. Improvements for this product 1) metal slats provided should be a bit of more quality, sturdy and with one additional slat to spread out the weight of a mattress . For a king mattress, I don’t think the slats provided would hold the weight. - I bought a separate sturdy bed frame in my case. 2) the head board provided is very heavy and to support this weight small processed wood planks of 6 inch is provided to hook the heard board to wall in a French Cleat fashion. This processed wood will definitely not hold the heavy heard board. — a real wood of atleast 20 inches should be provided so that it can be nailed to two studs in the back wall.. Prashanth. Update to my post! Just talked to customer service and without any hesitation I will be receiving two new night stand tables! I have set my rating up to 4 stars and will surely upgrade to 5 stars as I love my bedroom furniture and Wayfair customers service continues to be amazing! Ok - I would have given 5 stars to this product if not because only two days ago I find my night table front piece coming off it’s center! See pictures. I will share that upon arrival, the night table had some scratches but Wayfair customer service more than made me a happy customer and made arrangements. I am not sure what to do about this now, can’t believe it has been less than 2-4 months with the product and already have to deal with a replacement It seems like the manufacturers forgot to glue the wood piece before screwing the bolts to the small plastic pieces. Sigh...I will update my review if things work out for us. Thank you!. Ruth. San Antonio, TX. Fri Jul 10 2020

Subject: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - $12K+ Order Completely Mishandled - Demand Resolution To Whom It May Concern, This has been the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with Wayfair, and I am beyond frustrated with the lack of professionalism and customer service. Order Details Order Date: March 22, 2025 Item: London Solid Wood 4 Piece Bedroom Set Order Value: Over $12k+ Timeline of Problems Furniture arrived in damaged boxes that were clearly taped up and worn out Angie assembly representative failed to show up but claimed they did Wayfair offered a small discount and told me to find my own installer Damaged Merchandise: When I attempted installation with another service, I discovered ALL furniture pieces came damaged This was completely unacceptable for a $12,000+ order Personal Circumstances: I was in a high-risk pregnancy when I ordered this furniture and was desperately trying to get my house prepared before my baby arrived. Your company's failures caused me significant stress during an already difficult time. How Wayfair Continues to Fail Me Wayfair has completely failed in every aspect of customer service. I have been the ONLY one reaching out for updates while Wayfair consistently fails to communicate my order status. I shouldn't have to chase YOU for information about MY expensive order that I paid for months ago. When I called today, I was told the furniture will ship to your warehouse on August 28th with delivery 2 weeks after that, meaning I won't receive my furniture until mid-September. Despite months of delays, damaged goods, and stress during my high-risk pregnancy, Wayfair offered NO additional discount, NO compensation for the inconvenience, and nothing but empty promises. This is completely unacceptable treatment for a loyal customer who has spent over $10,000 with your company. My Loyalty Wasted Despite this terrible experience, I continued ordering more expensive items from Wayfair in good faith, thinking you would make things right. I was wrong. You took advantage of my patience and loyalty. What I Demand Immediate escalation to management Significant compensation for months of delays, stress, and damaged goods Guaranteed delivery date with penalty if missed Quality assurance that replacement furniture will arrive undamaged Expedited shipping at no charge Full refund consideration if you cannot meet these demands I have been patient for MONTHS while pregnant and with a newborn. That patience has run out. If this is not resolved immediately with significant compensation, I will be: Disputing charges with my credit card company Filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau Leaving detailed reviews on every platform Warning others about Wayfair's terrible service I expect a response within 24 hours with a concrete resolution plan. I was so VERY disappointed in this item. First of all, I ordered this item 10/19 and did not get it until 1/14/2020. When it finally arrived, it looked NOTHING like the picture. Also, I am sure I ordered a king size, but I was told it only came in queen. That was another disappointment. It is simply false advertising. I was more than willing to pay the listed price for what was on the picture but I never would have purchased what was sent to me for that price. I warn you, if you are going by what is on the advertising picture, you will be misled and very unhappy.. Detra. Snellville, GA. Thu Jan 23 2020
