I'm not sure there is much difference among meat tenderizers. This one seems to do the trick. However, I think that it's not crafted as neatly as expected. I selected the green choice, and I think the application of the green rubber-like material seems a little sloppy. It makes me wonder how long it will last. The metal part is very solid. Small but mighty! This garlic press feels very substantial and well made. It has a nice weight to it without being cumbersome, and it works great. Fresh garlic is so much better than anything from a jar, and this makes using it incredibly easy. It’s simple to use and also very easy to clean, which is always a plus with a kitchen gadget. It also came with a little black silicone sleeve that I honestly had no idea what the heck it was for and had to Google it. Turns out it’s a garlic peeler! There's a lot to love about these pans. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because of their weight. The rubber is thicker than most and doesn’t sag under the weight of cooking. I used non stick spray only on half of the pan and both sides released blueberry muffins easily. However, the side with spray came out more clearly and with brown edges. I am very happy with the pan and the colorful box would make it as a perfect gift! The pizza pans are light yet sturdy and are a good size for medium pizzas. There are enough air holes for the heat to crisp up the bottom while the toppings cook, and the pans are thin enough to conduct heat and cook the bottom well even where there arent air holes. They worked best on thin crust, often allowing air pockets to form in the dough which made the resulting crust quite light and airy. Based on the item description, I thought I was getting a 6-foot runner rug. However, I received two smaller rugs instead. The material and design are nice and neutral though, so I’ll keep them. I’m using the longer rug by the kitchen sink and the smaller rug at my patio door. They go well with my traditional decor. Ive used a Pullman loaf before and this is exactly what you need if you want that sandwich bread loaf that the store sells. For a more domed top just bake without the lid. I am not an overly experienced bread maker, but when making French loaves was disappointed by how much they spread on a cooking sheet. These baguette pans do the trick! I started with the first two loaves and then had the second two proofing longer on a pan. Then transferring them, they went wonky. After 40 years of marriage, some of the wedding gifts start looking pretty bad, especially baking pans. I really needed some long cookie pans, which also could be used for toast because I like to make toast in the oven as opposed to a toaster. Mine pans are warped and totally discolored. I ordered a set of three through the Tried and True program, but I got a notification that they were out of that particular one and to re-order something else which I did. The ones that I ordered the second time were much smaller and had a higher lip around the sides. At first, I was very disappointed because I thought it would not bake very many cookies or toast, but after using them, I’m happy that I got these as opposed to the first ones I ordered. I have a very large pan for when we have company and the grandkids are in town, but since it’s just myself and my husband, this is perfect for us. Even at high heat, the pans kept their shape. I know, baking over time will leave residue but what little was on there I just wiped off with a paper towel and they looked so good. Of course I did wash them, but it has a wonderful finish to it. These are pretty good pans. The metal has a good thickness to it and the sides are nice and high. The texture of the metal worked well with the non-stick coating. Nothing I made stuck. I LOVE this cutting board/prep tub! It is incredibly useful and feels very sturdy and well made. I especially love that it folds down, has a colander, and comes with a locking lid, making it so versatile for food prep, washing fruits and vegetables, camping, picnics, and more. My only complaint is that it is MASSIVE! I knew it was an 8L size, but it was still much bigger than I expected. I really wish they made a smaller version because I would love to keep it in my refrigerator, but it takes up quite a bit of space. I decided to try this jumbo silicone muffin pan by Hongbake/BronyPro. I can never seem to keep steel baking pans nice for very long, and I wanted to see if I would maybe have better luck with a silicon pan. My initial thought was “OMG – they are huge!” And I was afraid they were a little TOO big with a 3.5-inch opening (tapers down to about 3.2 inches). But I soon realize that this pan is an innovative addition to my kitchen! A few things to keep in mind…due to the silicon base if it recommended to place the pan on a flat cookie sheet pan while using. The cooking times may also be a little longer due to the silicon. This pan is hand wash only, but washes clean easily with just dish liquid and a dish rag. My first creation was delicious egg bakes with hash-brown bottoms. OMG! So good! Then I made individual cheesecakes for a “kid at heart” birthday gathering! This pan would also be perfect for lava cakes, as well as jumbo muffins. I can’t wait to see what I cook up next! :). Nice heavy duty turkey pan. I have been looking for one that has stationary handles. It has as little as necessary protruding things in the pan to make it easier to clean.
