What appeared to be an opened box (not sure if customs did it) contained a damaged stone. I did receive a refund. I haven't opened the others as they are Christmas gifts and the boxes are flimsy and thin. Too thin for a precious and heavy polished mineral stone heart. Fingers crossed they are not damaged also!.
