This is the 3rd one of the fan we ordered. We like everything with a couple of not so sure after a year of using them. First we love how it is lightweight very easy to install, very low profile for small and low ceiling room it doesn’t take much of the visual space at all. The design is modern farmhouse but can go with most decor. It is very quiet at speed 1-4 when you have 5 Or 6 you can hear a low hum but not obvious. And with the small light bulb round globe like the picture it did not touch the ceiling. A very good buy that’s why we buy more. And here is the not so sure part we have, 1. The fan is small for the obvious reason for small room which means that it can not push much of the air that you can feel unless you are within 6 ft diameter underneath the fan directly, for us it’s what we need for the most part. 2. The fan can operates full function only with its remote that it came with, you can not wire fan wall switch for it. So I wonder if the remote need replacement what do I do? By the way the 3 fan we ordered thier remote are not interchangeable. 3. The remote it came with do not have option to dim the light, so you are stuck with one option, if you are ok with that but for us every once in awhile we do wish we can dim the lights Hope this is helpful to you, and we wish the company can answer us regarding the replacement for the remote control.. Absolutely love the fan!! I don’t have the biggest room so it works perfectly in mine. It’s right in the center of my room so from my bed I can feel it. I would agree with others who have said if you’re not directly under it it is sometimes hard to feel the air unless you’re directly under it but for my small room I can feel it from most areas I’m standing. I only gave it a 4 because of just that, but otherwise the fan is great. I love the different light settings as well and it does make my walls look bigger because I use to have a bigger ceiling fan that hung lower. For the price you can’t beat it. The remote control I hung with command strip picture hangers because I did not want to make more holes in the wall drilling into the wall so it hangs up perfectly so far using that.. Annie.
