The material has a very unique softness to it, not necessarily what you'd expect it to be with the textile touch it has. Which by the way, I adore the tufting look on this! Because it only covers a portion of the comforter, it is much more contemporary/modern than it would be if it were all tufted. From what I can tell, the stitching is solid and quite strong. I don't expect this to pop a seam for a very long time. I also appreciate the comforter filling being even all the way through. No lumps or bumps. It's extremely cozy and wonderful for sleeping or sitting in bed and reading a good book. It lays over the bed beautifully with enough of the comforter hanging on both sides of the bed.. Karenp. This comforter looks beautiful. It’s got a lovely sheen to it, with silver-like threads running through it. It’s appropriate sized for my queen bed. The shams seem to be on the shorter side for my queen pillows, but I got them in there! I am a little disappointed in the thickness, because it’s actually very thin for a comforter. Turn over the quilt, which has a 100% polyester fill, to find a print version of our botanical theme, in white and beige. Everything in this set is machine washable and easy to care for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using this comforter on our bed for the last few weeks. Upon pulling it out of the package, I initially thought it was really light and wouldn’t be very warm but I have changed my mind after using it as it is surprisingly cozy. I do wish it was a little longer on the sides but that is more of a personal preference as it still fits our king size bed well. I like that it is reversible so there’s two different color options to choose from; however, I wish the fabric was the same on both sides. I actually prefer the solid blue to be the visible color and that’s only because the striped side has a smoother texture and feels nicer against the skin. I like that the bottom of the comforter has button detailing and that the pillowcases have this as well. The buttons on the bottom of the comforter are merely decorative but the buttons on the pillowcases can be used to fasten your pillows inside so they don’t fall/slide out. I also really like that the pillowcases are also reversible (each side is a different fabric) so that they can match the comforter depending on the side that is showing.
