At the heart of this design is a custom-engineered architectural-grade bearing, encased in a heavy-duty spun aluminum housing for whisper-quiet, ultra-smooth performance. The base includes anti-skid silicone pads on both the top and bottom to prevent slipping on any hard surface and to keep the glass securely in place — while still allowing easy lift-off for cleaning or lubrication as needed. Each precision ball bearing is separated by silicone spacers, ensuring silent, friction-free motion.     Our all-natural wood fire pit topper cover is made from reclaimed old weathered barn wood staves with cast iron antique handles to add warmth and charm to your patio. The natural knots, combined with antique handles produce a wonderful rustic charm. We use a wood stain conditioner to prepare the barn staves for restoration and then enhance the wood with all-weather preventive stain colors plus a proprietary outdoor penetrating oil containing twice the UV stabilizers, and mildew prohibitors necessary to ensure an enriched surface with select weather-resistant stain and color pigments to achieve an exceptional old weathered look with unique semi-transparent color clarity to enhance the look of the fire pit topper and also protect the wood’s existing preserved condition against all inclement weather conditions.     Our attractive 1″ diamond-cut beveled edge, tempered 1/2” thick patio glass lazy susan, revolves to give everyone at the table easy access to wine glasses, condiments, and full-course meals at the same time. Each glass lazy susan has a 2 1/2”- 3” hole to spin effortlessly around your umbrella pole, each glass top we produce is a unique, high décor, beveled, tempered glass server that will add a beautiful, decorative touch to your patio table. Our turntable can support weights from 300 to 650 pounds (depending on the diameter size of the glass Susan), and still spin effortlessly. Silicon inserts maintain the separation between each ball bearing to reduce rotational friction and also support heavy radial and axial loads, so the individual ball bearings do not contact each other but rotate within a refined individual bearing channel. Our turntable ball bearings are captured within a precision, refined, beautiful spun aluminum casing, and the ball bearings and casing will never wear out or rust.
