Electric cooler iceless portable freezer refrigerator

I will never buy anything again nor suggest anyone ever buy from this business. When i was looking into different coolers to buy i asked the online chat person if this cooler came with a battery and they said "yes, correct". It didn't. The cs person whom dealing with on has stopped calling me to either get a battery for or give a refund which she said would happen. Lastly Wayfair kept sending me emails saying it looks like it was resolved when still no battery or partial refunf for lack of battery. As said don't buy from this company. Toilet came well packaged in bubble wrap. It’s made of plastic but sturdy enough for sitting on- the person that sat on it weighs 180 lbs. I sat on it and I weigh 168 lbs.
