This chair looks great in our space and is very comfortable to sit in. It's a bit smaller than we expected, but that's our fault for not properly assessing the dimensions online. Assembly was easy, although beware there may not be pilot holes for the screws in the bottom of the chair (the wood frame does have pilot holes). A big thanks to Wayfair and the manufacturer helping with that. If you don't have pilot holes, you can still screw into the chair, using the holes in the frame as the guide. Lovely, well made, solid wood with dove-tailed joints. At 26” high, it’s shorter than I needed so I adding some legsfeet to add about 4”-5” in height. (Decided not to do that after all, but it would be easy to do because the bottom of the bookcase is very solid.) Very sturdy and very pretty. Everything is solid wood and well constructed. The drawers and sliding doors move smoothly. This lovely Console Table is a hand-built solid walnut table featuring two generous drawers and black steel hardware and base. This Asian-inspired design adds a unique and subtle design twist to any interior. The slim 13" deep console table is at home in an entryway, a hallway, or behind a sofa and perfect for small spaces.

I looked for a year for a console that was a mixture of wood and metal but also slim-lined for my narrow hallway. This is perfect and beautifully made. The wooden upper portion is completely walnut - no plastic or MDF - even the drawer slides are walnut. The drawers fit immaculately into the case - flush with the frame and no gaps at all. Everything was well protected for shipping - not a mark on anything when I unpacked. Just beware that there are no pre-drilled holes in the base of the cabinet in order to attach to the metal legs. I was afraid that screwing it into the legs would crack the wood so I marked the screw holes first and pre-drilled small pilot holes before actually screwing the top onto the base. The only drawback is the price, which I find to be rather high for a relatively simple piece. But it's good quality, well made, fits my space perfectly and know I'll enjoy it for years.. Anne.
