In part inspired by Gerit Rietveld's classic Zig Zag chair, the ZON nesting tables are a collection of modular tables. All three of the tables are made of strong Moso bamboo, have recessed handles, and felt feet that enable them to be easily moved. This modern combination of tables strikes a unique balance between function and form; when not in use, the tables can be stacked inside each other. When out, the three tables can be arranged to spell Z-O-N, which was the inspiration for the name for this set.

The ark coffee table is a modern take on the humble coffee table. The design was created to leverage the strength and beauty of bamboo while, in one simple form, providing recessed toe space and a large top space. The contemporary design and geometric angles of the ark coffee table help it stand out in almost any space, while the warm feel of solid bamboo makes it a welcome addition to any home or office.

Its a striking, large coffee table with a high quality finish and good design. The natural color is yellowish. Given how much effort was put into the design of the table, I dont know why the same attention wasnt paid when shipping. The corners are obviously sharp and delicate, so a little extra padding there would have prevented the scuffing at three corners of the table. One corner had broken through the box and was dragged along the ground. Its not easy to find an affordable, low coffee table that is large enough to gather around.
