This food dehydrator machine is super easy to use. Has a vented lid and control panel with 5 stackable trays. I just set the time and temperature and plug it in. I dehydrated dill and celery so far. Our family makes salsa every month so having them on hand is helpful. The LED display panel has a default drying time of 8 hours. I love it and the size. It's really durable. My old one doesn't have all of the things this one does like the silicone pads or the recipe book. I am making smoked jerky next. I am really impressed with this machine.. Karen. Warren, MI.
