Came without o ring/ gaskets and will take almost 2weeks to get replacements…meanwhile our pool sits without working pump but no one seems to care about that this is a major problem. I asked for info on how to return without original box and was told they would email it ( have not recieved this info) I have done a lot of purchasing from Wayfair..I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in the service. This states that there is a footrest but it does not! The seat is quite high so a short person would have trouble hoisting themselves onto it. I'm sure it's because there is no footrest so you need to sit high for your feet to dangle if used as a transport chair.
