Frankoma
Frankoma Pottery is one of the few potteries in the United States that produces its ware from a local source of raw clay. Each piece is examined by the accomplished eyes, and carefully touched by the highly skilled hands, of master artisans. From the hand-created molds to the individual finishing, Frankoma's blend of Old World skills and modern production techniques yields the finest giftware and tableware available. In a unique kiln firing process the ware is fired to the maturing point of the clay fusing it with the colored glaze. As the product cools slowly, the clay body is tempered, resulting in a rugged, durable, practical and always beautiful product.
