And when finally contacted by customer service agent, they keep asking me a part number for broken glass so, they can send a replacement. But there is no part number for it in the manual. When I first opened the box I was disappointed because the finish is darker than the photo. After it was hung I was and am extremely pleased. High quality chandelier! Also it is shown with shades but are not included. Fortunately I have an excellent custom shade company I do business with because typical shades are too small in scale for this oversized beauty!.
