I paid 419.00 for this unit in Feb 2025, and I was going to buy another one because I like it so much, but the price has increased by 200.00. Overall, pretty amazing set for the price (ignore the middle round chair, that can be found separately on WayFair but is not included in this set). The chairs and table feel much larger and more impressive than I would guessed given the pricing and quality of products I have seen similarly priced. My one complaint is that the chairs sit really far back, so posture is a bit strange in them as you sink low backwards. But if that's my only go-to for outside patio/balcony furniture, overall there are worse things to be upset about.
