I hate the smell of fried fish or chicken in the house so was thrilled to use this outdoor deep fryer. Removing one star because it’s not as sturdy as I’d hoped. More lightweight than expected. the 10 qt Aluminum Pan and Basket Set is awesome! I LOVE IT1 its super light weight. Has a Thermometer that attaches to the side for checking the contents temperature when cooking. Its really a nice set up. I love the handles also they make it easy to pick up and move with out getting burned.. although you will need a pot holder to pick it up because it gets very hot.Not only did i get the Basket but I also got the burner and its well worth the purchase. they go together seemlessly.
