Unlike the press and glue method used in standard vinyl floating floors, the ascent line is manufactured using a patented high-temperature melding process yielding a 7-layer, homogenous rigid core board (RCB) which is guaranteed never to cup, curl, or delaminate. It is 100% waterproof and has an integrated sound underlayment. It has five times the click connection strength and a density 100% higher. These features allow the finesse floor to be installed in new construction or renovations, applying directly over existing tile or wood floors. This plank is ideal for residential and commercial floor applications.
