Unfortunately the first one came damaged, we sent this one back and Wayfair replaced it with a second one which also came damaged. We already had our plumbing moved. Our contractor stated he believed he could fix the leg and the damaged end so it would hardly be noticeable. We kept this one and Wayfair made it right for us. We are very grateful. This is really an issue with Fed Ex. While it was packed well , because of its bulkiness, you can see where the box had holes in the middle on both sides and was ripped open and patched over with cardboard. The ends were also dented and box resealed. It weighs 106 lbs. I have to tell you with that behind us it is a very beautiful shower pan and extremely hard to find in that size with a center drain. It is extremely sturdy. All correspondence with Fine Fixtures and Wayfair was quick and everything resolved to our satisfaction. Thank you Wayfair!! We first bought another shower base for basically the same amount of money. When it arrived, there was no way we could have the contractor install it. The supporting ribs were visible and there were other manufacturing flaws. The company we bought it for basically said tough. So we found this one and order it. Wow what a difference! It arrived on time with great tracking provided. Our contractor said the quality was night and day. This was a shower base he would put in his house. I looked and looked for just the right vessel sink for our powder room bath remodel. This one was perfect. It is a nice large size and is tall enough that you can get your hands in without splashing all over the countertop. It is very important to research the proper faucet to go with this. If it’s deck mounted, you will need it to be tall enough to be able to get your hands under the spout comfortably. For reference, the deck to spout height is 11” for our set-up.
