It arrived safely and without any issues. It is a medium-sized extraction fan; it does not include any lighting. I hooked it up, and—compared to others—it is quite quiet. Omg!! Im head over heals in love with this super quiet and very bright exhaust fan. I was able to run the fan and the light on separate switches so I can have the vanity light on and the exhaust fan running. It was a little bit smaller then the existing fan but the light was large enough to hide the difference so it works out great.
