Don’t freak out if the box it comes in has the wrong dimensions printed on it. The one I got said 10x10, but I ordered 10x12. I had to Google it, and I read that as long as the stickers with the QR code says 10x12, it’s probably going to be the right size. They just use the same box for multiple sizes. The color was true to the photos, on the site. The fabric is a good weight, and quality. The only thing that would make it better, is if there was more velcro on the tie backs, so it would be more adjustable. I had to leave it loose. Also, some thin ties at the bottom would have been nice, to help keep it from lifting as much, when it’s really windy, and raining. It rained after installation, and the water did bead up on the fabric, so it is water resistant, like they say in the description. Over all, it is a quality product! Very nice canopy. The material is heavy duty but fairly light to carry. It’s not so stiff you can’t work with it. One of the grommets came off already and that’s why it gets a 4. It arrived in a box that wasn't too heavy. It was neatly folded and included the tie-down hooks. The material is a type of plastic fabric—it looks like sturdy cloth on the outside and plastic on the inside. It appears to be more durable than other types of tarps; even so, the weather in my city is very changeable, so time will tell if it truly holds up better than other tarp materials. The four legs each have two small hooks at the bottom for securing them, which really impressed me. Overall, I do recommend it.
