The 3 cabinets and two sinks arrived on a pallet. It was obvious tow of the boxes on one side of the pallet had damaged. I took photos to document before I opened the boxes. Turned out, one of the cabinets had been impacted so hard the back and bottom were completely broken off. I understand damage can happen. But this was so obvious on the pallet why send it to the customer to deal with. I was told I would get a replacement but have not received an email confirmation it is being sent.
