I was hesitant to purchase a mattress online, but the retail prices in the stores made me consider doing so. After much searching online & reading of reviews my husband & I settled on the Eco-Lux 13" Venice. I talked with customer service before placing our order. The return policy was explained to me & the service rep addressed all my other concerns & questions. We've been sleeping on the new mattress for 2 weeks & are really pleased with the comfort & feel. We did allow our mattress to rest & offgas for 3 days before sleeping on it. If you have any sensitivity to smells, this will help. Shipping was quick. It arrived within a week on placing the order..
