I highly recommend this outdoor freestanding steel screen. The powder coated paint finish seems very durable. This is a very heavy duty steel structure. The assembly is simple to do with nuts and bolts. The base can be secured to whatever decking you have. I would recommend doing that if you’re using it outdoors. In a severe storm a gusty wind could knock it over. I plan to get more of this style when they come back in stock to use around a patio. Shipping Box was intact. No holes or dents. Individual panels Each individual panels are lightweight Tools Everything needed to put together is sent. The panels have more holes than needed. You will only need to use a total of 14 screws and nuts on each vertical side. Screwing the panels together horizontally is fine. The holes match up. Overall, you can put it together yourself. This is a beautiful outdoor privacy screen. However, i had it blow down easily by strong winds, so i was not as enjoyable. However, sandbags may help to keep it steady. I will be buying another one of these screens maybe 2. It states in the instructions it takes 2 people 1 hour to put together. It took me 1 hour by myself to put the four panels on the frame. I quit at that time. I am doing a deck remodel so have to wait till I get railing on. I’m going to attach to floor of deck as well as railing. It was very easy to put together and I am a female. If any women are wanting to try this…I have faith in you doing it. I will post more pictures when I get done with deck. But I highly recommend this privacy fence. Very pretty. ❤️❤️❤️ Update I am only using 4 high on the panels. Then I am going to take the other 2 and either put on my deck railing or even off to the sides of the 4 panels. Haven’t made up my mind yet what I’m going to do as I don’t need it 2 more panels higher. Almost to high but I am a person that will use them in my deck area. A bit time consuming to put together, but its pretty and sturdy. Its great to hang flower pots on. Tall and sturdy. I really like these. I just wish there was just more than 1 panel. Otherwise, I think these are great for blocking out sun and or just adding a little decor to your backyard patio. They are pretty heavy too. Mine didn’t come with any instructions but after Wayfair contacted the manufacturers they sent it right over in a few days. I would recommend this.. Fran. NC.
