Came with broken parts but Wayfair was great - quick to respond, reorder replacement parts. Then the problem was the second replacement parts were also broken. The same man came out and did the best he could assembled everything except for the broken mirror. The real problem started after that when I tried to follow up to make sure I was getting another replacement order. Representative messed up my request and ended up processing this as a return. I already had it half assembled I had no intention of returning it. I just wanted my replacement parts. It was the most frustrating experience trying to communicate with them on the chat. Finally had to call to get some resolution still waiting information about my replacement. It just shows pending this has been a mess Update- replacement mirror just arrived and assemblyman coming to install - hoping this 3 attempt mirror is not broken. This has been horrible experience.
