Wow i didn’t expect this great set up. I’m not at all a party planner. But I have attempted to create a balloon back drop for my kids birthday parties or just any party. Great thing about it parts pare separated and labeled . It didn’t take long to set up but I did have to go back and forth to make sure I’m putting them in right place , when I first opened the box, I only saw one instruction sheet and then I found the second one be careful cause they’re different sizes.
