I was sent the wrong pillow twice. I ordered one with a removable cover with a zipper and what I got was one that cannot be removed. As a product it seems to be a great quality, but I had no idea that I was just ordering a pillow cover for $40. I ordered it from my phone and read the ad very carefully, more than once.
