This Shower Seat will fit in small spaces but still be fully functional. The storage shelf is included for shaving accessories, soap, shampoo, etc. It is the perfect height to use as a footrest for shaving, but wide enough and sturdy enough to be a fully functional and comfortable seat. The rich brown indoor outdoor stain allows this to be used in the shower, anywhere in your house, or for outdoor living. The value of this for 100% solid plantation-grown teak is unsurpassed and unbeatable. The included foot leveler pads allow independent adjustment of each leg to make minor adjustments for slight slopes in shower floors. The rubber foot pads also provide a non-slip stable surface for extra stability. My Outdoor Teak Side Table is exactly what I was looking for and the size is perfect for my purpose. After reading the reviews and checking the manufacturer’s website I almost did not order it. One reviewer said the table was too short and at 18” I was wondering if the reviewer was not correct. I ordered my lounge chair at the same time so it was not available to check how the chair and table would work together. Furthermore, the manufacturer’s website listed it as a shower stool, not a table. I decided to take a chance and order it anyway and am glad I did - the two work perfectly together. The table is extremely well made and solid and the fact that it is made of solid teak wood and designed to be used inside a shower enclosure gives me total confidence that it can withstand outdoor usage without worry about being exposed to rain showers (heck, it’s designed to be used for daily showers!). It has a beautiful finish and assembly was very easy with only a few screws to worry about. Everything was perfectly aligned for easy screw insertion. This teak bench is perfect for my walk-in shower. I have had a total hip replacement AND just dislocated my hip a couple of weeks ago. I really needed a bench but wanted to get something pretty as well as functional...and this fits the bill. Unlike other benches with wider openings between slats, the slats are very close making it more comfortable to sit on.
