Just exactly what my mother needed! It was delivered quickly and was super easy to put together. There was a small issue with the back not snapping in and Wayfair sent the replacement parts quickly. It was very easy to request the replacement parts. My mother is 81 and needs the chair to elevate her feet and to help her stand. She loves how easy it is to operate and how comfortable it is even for long period of time. It is a cushy chair but not oversized so it doesn't take up a lot of space. It is perfect for our needs.
