Piece of junk, THERE IS NO WAY TO GET HOLD OF CULLIGAN. I tried their web site and that is for commerical people they transfered me to the residentail section but never gave me a number so I could call myself. This really is one of the easiest/simplest water filters I have ever seen/used. The water tastes great, the change method is simplistic, just turn pull and put a new one in and twist back into place. How hard can it be? To install the original unit can be a touch challenging, but not really. I am far from a plumber, but it was easy to read directions and see how it all went together. I had to purchase one adapter piece and I was done. Wayfair's price w/shipping on these filters is AMAZING and I hope they continue to offer these as I will keep coming back for this price with shipping cost continues. :) Bought 2, to tyed me over for a bit..
