I am very impressed with this towel warmer. It is very solid, well built and it comes with easy install instructions. I was able to quickly install the unit and have it operational within an hour. Per item description, the towel warmer has an integrated power switch with indicator light. I was unable to locate the power switch nor the indicator light. When our architect designed our new house, he did not leave any wall space by the shower for towel rods, so we looked and looked for a towel warmer rack that was narrow enough to fit the wall by our shower. This one fit perfectly and is long enough to hold more than one towel. The only reason I took off a star is because of the price.
