I gave this a 4-star rating because it’s a beautiful rug and so far (had it one week) the quality appears to be impressive. The problem is that I ordered a gray rug and after a near six-week wait, I received a beige rug. That was very disappointing since I wanted a color that best coordinated with my existing decor. I decided to make it work but at this price point, that type of mistake should not happen. I plan to reach out to Wayfair’s. customer service team and make them aware.. Marcia. El Paso, TX.
