purchased this coffee maker for personal use at home rather than for an office, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The machine is well-built, easy to use once it’s set up, and it consistently brews excellent coffee. Every cup comes out rich, hot, and full of flavor—honestly some of the best coffee I’ve had from a home machine. The only downside is that the owner’s manual isn’t very helpful when it comes to the initial setup. The instructions could definitely be clearer. However, if you take your time and work through it carefully, it’s absolutely possible to get everything configured correctly. Once it’s up and running, it’s been reliable and performs beautifully. Even though it’s marketed for commercial use, it works wonderfully as a personal in-home coffee maker.
