[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Contour Pillow with Serene Foam for a few weeks now, and I’ve got to say, it’s been a game-changer for my sleep. Here’s my honest take: The contoured shape really does wonders for my neck and shoulders. I’m a side sleeper, and I’ve noticed a significant reduction in my usual morning stiffness. The Serene Foam is pretty impressive - it’s supportive without feeling like you’re sleeping on a rock. One thing that really stands out is how cool it stays throughout the night. I tend to run hot, but this pillow doesn’t trap heat like my old memory foam one did. It’s like it breathes or something. The cover is nice and soft, and being able to toss it in the wash is a big plus. I was a bit skeptical about the whole “Active Air Technology” thing, but I have to admit, it seems to work. It’s not perfect - it took me a couple of nights to get used to the contour shape, and if you’re someone who likes to squish your pillow into different shapes, this isn’t for you. But for me, the neck support and cooling properties make it a keeper. Overall, if you’re dealing with neck pain or you’re a hot sleeper looking for some relief, I’d say give this pillow a shot. Had it for about 3 days now. First day I let it air out but needed to use it the next night because I just couldn’t spare the space in my tiny apt for it to continue to air out. Chemical smell is there but fading daily (I try to remove all bedding in the morning to let it continue to outgas during the day). It made my bed super tall (which I do not hate, but have to get use to), and it’s my first memory foam anything so I’m getting use to the feeling of slowly sinking in. I think I like it. Didn’t find it very cooling with just a sheet on top, so I put my slightly padded mattress cover on it and it’s much better for me temp wise. I was wrong as a side sleeper this pillow is amazing. I’m one of those people that like my leg up too. Being extended like that can be an odd position that strains my neck. So usually I wake up and adjust so my neck doesn’t break lol. South this pilots I can do that for much longer before waking up. And I just toss and turn a bit so it’s not because my neck hurts.
