Great for the price, but an ottoman is a must. I wish I could give this thing 4.5 stars, because its a great product that falls just short of 5-Stars for the price. It looks great and seems well-made. And it's comfortable, and would be even more comfortable if it was just an inch or so deeper. I measured, of course, before committing to the purchase, but when I actually sat in the thing it felt a little shallower than the dimensions suggest. the numbers on the description are right, but the feel is a little off. I often find myself a bit close to the edge of the thing when I'm reading, having to ride myself back up in my seat. Bottom line: its a great chair and I'd only dissuade a larger customer from buying it. the build and style is great for the price, but if you're much larger than me (5' 8" 175 LBS) maybe look for something a bit bigger..
