It has been installed for 6 months now and I love it. I occasionally turn the sensor off that turns water on when you are in front of it because it is often too sensitive and turns water on when you are 3 feet away. I always turn it off if I am not home and have someone "housesitting" while I'm gone. The random automatic water flow doesn't bother me but I don't want to scare my sitter. 8/2020 update: faucet broke at the base after 15 months, replacement faucet broke at the base 1 year later. I am not abusive with my faucets, both times customer service was resistant to help or send the 2nd faucet. I do not want a replacement this time.
