Really like this faucet. Easy to install and everything was labeled clearly. Positives are being able to set maximum hot water temperature (great if you have young children), 150 degree faucet rotation, being touchless it stays clean, and the sprayer pattern is more condensed so water isn't spraying everywhere. Negatives are that the front sensor is set off by sunlight so we deactivated the front sensor and use the side sensor only and that it is more difficult to adjust the water temperature with the sensors versus a traditional handle. This does need a dedicated outlet as the emergency battery back up will only last a few days so you can't rely on just using batteries, but definitely great to have in case of a power outage.. Becky. It has been installed for 6 months now and I love it. I occasionally turn the sensor off that turns water on when you are in front of it because it is often too sensitive and turns water on when you are 3 feet away. I always turn it off if I am not home and have someone "housesitting" while I'm gone. The random automatic water flow doesn't bother me but I don't want to scare my sitter. 8/2020 update: faucet broke at the base after 15 months, replacement faucet broke at the base 1 year later. I am not abusive with my faucets, both times customer service was resistant to help or send the 2nd faucet. I do not want a replacement this time. These cost too much for some inexplicable disfunction.. Bobbi. TX. Wed Aug 12 2020
