I have had aluminum muffin pans and cake pans for years and perhaps that is why I also get a metal like taste in the food after it has cooked. I am super excited to use these silicone muffin pans because of its ease of use, easy function, and lack of metal that always seems to find its way into the food with cheap aluminum pans.
