This separation is normal. Extra care should be taken to control the temperature and humidity in the house, in order to minimize the normal expansion and contraction that the changing seasons can cause. Do NOT expose the product to direct sunlight, as the sun causes damage to furniture. All spills should be wiped down after each meal. Warranty does NOT cover water damage.

This is a lovely set. It was bigger and more substantial than I thought, but that's good. The color in the picture, above, is lighter than it actually in in person. The table and chairs are about 2-3 shades darker. I wish it was closer to the color in the photo. It took quite a long time to set up, but my husband was able to do it. The chairs roll, tilt, and swivel, however, the tilt is extremely tight. I cannot tilt mine, at all. I called the manufacturer, and they said that there is an adjustment under each chair. The biggest problem is that the chair cushions are so stiff, they feel like a wooden chair. I wonder if anyone else had this problem? Not sure I will enjoy sitting on these chairs for any length of time. Other than the cushion stiffness, which is a biggie, the set is very nice.. Loretta. Basking Ridge, NJ. Tue Aug 13 2024

Disappointed with this set. First of all 2 of the chairs would not swivel or lean back. Had 2 new replace chairs ordered and the same problem occurred. Second the leaf in the table does not lay flat with the rest of the table. After spending over $3000.00 this set is DEFINITELY not worth it. I have ordered items from Wayfair in the past and was very satisfied so I thought I could trust that ordering this expensive table. Boy was I mistaken. I will problably be returning this item and shopping for a in store dining set so I can see the quality. CORRECTION The chairs do lean back, they just don't swivel. Donna. MI. Thu Jan 04 2024

Exactly as described and pictured. Looks great in the kitchen. Chairs are very comfortable. The table is sturdy and assembled quite easily. The locks keep the top from separating, which was a problem with the table it replaced. Overall, completely satisfied.. Tom. Upland. Thu Jun 20 2024

This was my first and last order from your company, the table and chairs are not near color shown in your ad.above The ad shows a very light tan. What we received is a very dark gray. The box has Smoke as the color. . I will not recommend anyone to you and you have received my last order. Very disappointed in how your company works.. Ethel Bradford. North Richland Hills, TX. I got the grey. I really like these chairs. I was very apprehensive about chairs with casters. They are a nice grey. The wood parts are a color I can't describe. One minute they look walnut, then grey, muted. They were easy to assembly. Rolls smoothly and the seat is "breaking in", becoming more comfortable. I no longer catch my armpit when passing the dining table (I'm 5'4") The table in the photo is our old table, new one is on it's way. I only gave 4 stars because the description of my chair didn't include the color of the wooden parts. And is difficult to "match" when shopping online.. Sandi. Marietta, OH. Wed Oct 04 2023

I love this set. It fits beautifully into my decor. The only thing I have a complaint about is that the persons who delivered didn’t take the packing materials with them. I found it beside my house.
