An excellent spa. One person was able to open the careful packaging and tip carefully onto several large plumbing pipes to roll into place from driveway. There is great videos of how to do this and it worked! The plug is small enough for a regular outdoor outlet. Once filled through the filter plug opening the spa starts its circulation and heating right away by itself. There is advanced features that can be programed but basic operation requires only two simple buttons for lights and jets with a circular nob for bubble massage. The jets can be turned for intensity and several pulsate. The ozonator cleans the water inside the unit so all we use is an oxidizing spa shock powder two ounces a week and the spa is crystal clear in our warm humid tropical climate. We do have the spa under a pergola with flowing outdoor curtains to protect it a bot from direct sun and rain. The cover is light and fits well. Overall the spa constructions is superior to many spas I have seen. Glimmering white inside and a dark wood like paneling outside.
