It was packed very well. The Cover and Insert were in separate bags, and I wasn't impressed with the insert until I let it sit for a couple of hours. When I came back to it, I was COMPLETELY impressed! It expanded to an incredible size and I seriously had trouble getting it in the cover. The cover is very pretty and made very well.
