The lights light our pathway very nicely. The fixtures were easy to install, however I did not use the connectors that were supplied, they were not the best quality. I wasn't sure about the clear glass looking at this online but in person, its better than I expected. Both features of the photocell (turns off during daylight) and motion detection (which it has a pretty far range and doesn't turn on in the daylight) are the best part. These lights are as described, tall and made of metal. The only ones I have had are the solar plastic ones that didn’t last long at all. I thought these were solar but due to my fault and not reading the description like I should have, I need a transformer and an electrician to install them for me. I read the instructions and installation is easy but due to the electrical part, I want a certified electrician to do this. They will be beautiful at night lighting up my sidewalk. I can barely wait. These were a great find! I really was looking to include some lighting up to my front porch where its already dark. Honestly, at first when I pulled them out of the box, they seemed super huge, but in the end, I think they will fit well in the space. My front yard is still in the remodel state, with some gravel going in, but I think the photos give you the idea of the space. Only comment is, I wish there wasnt so much styrofoam used in the packaging. Other than that, I havent been able to power them up yet because the order is just lights, not the transformer to power them. I do appreciate the have a good paint finish and seeming construction. Review of 6 pack of hardwired motion sensing outdoor lights. They came nicely by individual units. They include the light with wire and plastic case that protects the back connected, and wire nuts, mounting screws and anchors. The have a nice clean look. You will need additional wiring to connect these units and to connect to a power source. They do not have to be used together so you could use them in different places them in different locations if that is a need. I do wish there was an option for being wired together andor they provided longer wiring. They are small and cast downward light when activated by the sensor. We are reviewing the Low-voltage Black Aluminum Led Outdoor Landscape Spot Light (12-pack) 11 H x 3.75 W x 3.75 D Set of 12 By C Cattleya. We hoped to create a warm and inviting outdoor design with this 12 set of low voltage LED spotlights. The description boasted each light delivering 5W, 600 lumens of soft 3000K, safe 12V operation making installation simple and energy-efficient. Unfortunately we will need a professional electrician to hook up the spotlights as we mistakenly thought they were solar light and realized our skill level did not proved correct. Non the less, once our paid technicians are available to properly install, we will update appropriately. The spotlight features matte black finish frames and clear glass shade that appears to have strength and consuming minimal energy, 3 watts, 360 lumens of bright light consuming minimal energy and ultimate performance remains to be seen. It appears waterproof, weather-resistant and we are hoping it is built to withstand Maryland’s winter outdoor elements. We strategically placed the lights flanking our garden, walkways, and back deck. Once the electrical system is properly installed and functioning I will be able to review the lighting features. All were easy to assemble individually, but figuring out how to hardwire the lights together and to electricity will prove to be challenging, hoping to make it work since I like the look so much!. I have not wired them in yet because we have 4 feet of snow on the ground at the moment where I live, but they are very durable and I did test the light on another wire and they are very bright without being too LED and in your face. Great lights for any shop or garage! Talk about add a lot of light to your space! Four different color settings and they can be hung all in a line or separately in different areas. The housing unlatches and drops down, and is attached by wires (for mounting purposes), which makes it much easier to install (pictured). Each light pictured is on a different color setting, but you almost can’t tell in the picture because they’re so bright!! These lights have been such a great help in our shop!! Highly recommend.
