We still recommend you store your seat pads indoors when not in use. The chairs come fully assembled but the table does require some assembly. Easy to follow instructions are included. I have ordered porch chairs from Wayfair for years. These are the first ones that arrived fully assembled. They are so well constructed with a unique sawtooth dovetail joints, and a latching mechanism for folding and unfolding.,although wooden comfortable.
