Arrived slightly damaged, although it was likely FedEx’s fault and not Wayfair. It was easily fixed though. The reason for four stars is actually because the sign didn’t come with a wall mount. It is quite nice. A little smaller than I had hoped but still works. Downside is it did not come with a loop or hook to hang it from.
