I ordered this rug in an 8x10 last year. A month passed and I was told it was out of stock. I can’t begin to tell you how disappointed I was. I gave it one more shot and ordered an 8 foot square. It came within one week and in perfect condition. I am in love with this rug. The colors are exactly what the picture showed. Its a very thin rug so we used carpet tape to secure it. Diane Mc. I am deeply disappointed with this order. The first order arrived and the rug was the wrong color/design. We were promptly sent a replacement, but the second rug is also the wrong color/design. I've been waiting now for over a week on an update regarding when we'll actually receive the correct rug. Keep in mind that unpacking and repacking these large rugs is NOT EASY, and is much more than just an inconvenience.
