Very easy to install. We are using this unit and another we have yet to install until we complete renovations on our home and have our new heatingcooling system installed. This one is in the basement and on a setting of one to two heats the basement and warms the floor enough that the electric fireplace has kept our home very warm in 30 degree temps. When we hit Pennsylvania’s freezing temperatures on a steady basis the second unit will be needed upstairs. I received it and my son put it together. It is larger and better looking than what I expected. I have not had the plumber to install it yet, but is big enough to meet our needs I am sure. It fits into the area of my living room that was originally set up for gas space heaters. The plumber need to install for safety. I give it a five but I have to use it first!. Marian.
