Big! See photo next to secretarial chair. I like that. Very sturdy feel. Not very soft, but you can add a cushion per preference. I like the vibration to the lumbar area. Not looking for it but I thought it is a cute feature. For a big guy it's still big but keeps armrests from poking my sides. The back rest locks vertical but not in recline positions. The spring is very hefty, though and provides good support. The armrests are fixed, which is fine because I can lean on them to reposition once in a while. Only dissapointments: the paint in an armrest had tiny nicks probably from vibration and rubbing inside the box, and the battery pocket in the underside of the seat was stapled tight and twisted being unusable. Will have to unstaple to fix. Assembly was easy. Only recommendation: do not tighten the seat/back/armrests screws be for aligning everything. I took a shot on this reasonably priced projector screen with absolutely no reviews here on Wayfair, and, so far, I'm very pleased with this purchase. Pros: COST: This is a very nice screen for the price. ASSEMBLY: Even without the instructions -- which honestly were not much help -- it's pretty easy to figure out what you have to press/raise/lower, etc. to get the screen in the proper position. Honestly, there wasn't much assembly. You basically take it out of the (very long) box it comes in, stand it up on the tripod and push a button here, press a lever there, raise and then lower the screen and hang it on the top hook and you're done. IMAGE: The projected image is nice and clear. CONS TRIPOD: The stand does not like to retain its position. It's rather difficult to get it to fully expand -- and stay there. RETRACTING: The screen unfolds from the top down, but when you get it to the bottom, there is no locking mechanism to keep it in place so you just have to work with it a bit to get it to stay in the down position without retracting on its own. Overall, this is a great deal. The materials do not look the strongest, but for the price, it's not bad at all. The image is clear and it's very large.
